root file access given to localmachine

Description
App: FileZilla Pro.
Indental Info: New User of Pro version.
The way the directories where ordered where driving me nuts.
Went to Prefs and selected natural order and it Bounced me back to my root "/"... which I hadn't allowed.
From there I had access to /bin & /sbin etc and other
Added a couple of Screen shots that show my protected list and my root access list.
Quiting a restarting drops me back into root.

Not important that you fix this for me.
I am a developer so unlikely to do something daft.
Just FYI. Seems like unusual behaviour.
