No. I did not know that there is a special import/export for the server list hidden in the "File" menue there.
I have tested now two friends on this problem. One knows a little about computers(windows) and one knows at much as I. He is using ubuntu as his main system.
My unexperienced friend: He did not expect that the server list is not exported by using "Edit"->Export Settings. And he is using Filezilla for a long time.
My experienced friend: He expected an export option in "Server"->" "
Both where not able to find the "File" Menü in the Site Manager without a hint from me.
"Yes hot, more hot, ahh cold .. colder , move your mouse up, ah hotter"
And so on.
Why there are three different export functions hidden in filezille for "settings", "sites" and "queue"?
I would prefer one option in the program which gives me an option dialog which asks me what I intend to export.
Like this: What do you like to export?
[ ] Settings [ ] Servers [ ] Queue
And if I choose Settings and Servers both should get exported.
There would be space between "Server" and "Help" in the main menue bar for an entrie like "Im/Export".
It would be really nice to have this choose dialog so that I can export all my settings (which includes sites for me) for installation on another system.
Did you use the import/export function from within the Site Manager?
