Error transfering file with 0 byte

Description
Using Filezilla 1.9.7 I try to transfer file, from local to
remote server, with 0 byte length, but Filezilla return
error.

I can't verify this either. Maybe your server doesn't allow
empty files? Have you tried it with another client and or
server?

Appears to work ok for me. Tried up- and download in ascii
and binary modes.
