Description
Hello Team,
When I am trying to access my FTP FileZilla Server from outside network, I am getting below error, not able to connect.It is working fine in company network with internal IP address.
Satus: Connecting to 114.143.131.66:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: Verifying certificate...
Status: TLS connection established.
Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Status: Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead.
Command: MLSD
Response:425 Can't open data connection for transfer of "/"
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Status: Connection closed by server
Please resolve this issue.
