Dear Support

I am trying to assist one of the directors of our company onto your platform to upload some work for a client. The client has sent us a pdf manual which guides us how to connect via site manager. Upon following the instructions, the password prompt does not come thus allowing us not being able to connect.
I would appreciate a swift response as this is a matter of urgency.

I encountered the same issue. The reason is that FileZilla uses the default SSH agent for all SFTP connections - which is nice and useful. But when the SFTP server in question only accepts password authentication, this would cause this issue. A workaround for me is simply shutting down the the SSH agent while using FileZilla with SFTP password-only connections.

This could be related to FileZilla using the SSH agent and attempting prior SSH key authentication:
