Description
I found an error in "Create a new file"! When you open "Create a new file", then you see that it has the wrong window size!

That’s really odd — I’ve been using Create new file for years, and never seen that happen. Looking at the screenshot, it seems not to be related to DPI, and the use of Cyrillic shouldn’t affect automatic window size calculation. At least, I assume the window is auto-sized, seeing as the UI is provided using WxWidgets. Your username suggests that you may not be a native speaker of a Cyrillic-based language — I’m curious if this is somehow localisation related. Otherwise, I’m left to wonder if possibly something on your PC is interfering.
The real question is: has this always happened to you, or is this something new, and if so, what else may have changed at the same time?
And is this bug still there in the latest FileZilla?
