JPEG files not display in FileZilla list on web server

Description
My website is still uploading JPEG files from our employees and the website still displays the JPEG files. However, after 1/14/20 FileZilla no longer displays any JPEG files even though I know these files exist on the webserver. This prevents me from backing up JPEG files since I cannot see them through the file viewer.
I am using version 3.43.3

In the database I was able to confirm the filename of a picture and display it on a web browser by direct address to the path. However, it does not appear in the File Viewer of FileZilla. FileZilla shows that only 9998 files are showing in FileZilla. Is there a view limitation?

My apologies for creating an invalid question. I need to ask my host to increase LimitRecursion to be over 10,000. At least this exercise helped me to debug it.
JPEG files only visible on 1/14/20 and before. Files uploaded after 1/14/20 do not appear in FileViewer
