Tranfer Queue Error (Version 1.4)

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: Tim Kosse
Priority: high Component: Unknown
Keywords: Cc: Tim Kosse, donky
Component version: Operating system type:
Operating system version:

Description

It seems that if a Timeout is detected during a
transfer of a file the consol still thinks the file is
tranfering and does not allow you to reset the
transfer. The only way I can see to fix this is to
exit and reopen the program.

Which kind of transfer? Upload, download or both? And how
have you started the transfer? With one or multiple files
in the queue?

Uploading a file

I started the tranfer with both multiply files and a single
file both did the same.

Uploading any amount of files. I drag and drop the file to
begin the transfer. The queue seems to think the file is
still being transfer.

I get this as well :) FileZilla 1.5

I use FileZilla with Passive connection checked. I connect
to a site and add lots of files to the queue to download.
The connection times out but the file download continues -
some sites that are stable let you download the entire file
this way. For other sites eventually the file transfer
locks up and it just sits there for ages. If I disconnect
and reconnect, the ftp server I am connected to might tell
me if its that way inclined that I am already connected and
disconnect me. After which the original connection seems
to drop and I can reconnect.

Fixed in FileZilla 1.5a
