Unfornatetely i can't determine the position of the keys in pageant.

FileZilla would happily try a million keys in a row. Unfortunately it is your server that is configured to terminate the connection after three tries.

Either use fewer keys (realistically, if you have more than one key you're not using SSH correctly) or have the server configuration changed.
