Hallo zusammen,

seit dem 15.03. können wir uns auf unserem FTP Server nicht mehr anmelden und erhalten immer folgende Fehlermedlung:

Server sendete eine zusätzliche Login-Aufforderung. Sie müssen den Login-Typ 'interaktiv' verwenden.
Fehler: Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen

Status: newclosed

You need to do as the error message says and select interactive logon type in the Site Manager.

I am not familiar with this and since weeks it is exactly working like before. Now since five days not anymore without changing anything.

Can you plese let me know where exactly I can find this field to select the interactive login?

Please don't change the priority, this is a low-priority issue as it has a clear solution and does not affect the majority of users.

Sorry but if you call this a solution than I am more than disappointed about this service. For us this thing is a major blocker and if you change the status to solved without helping customers who are asking for solution I don't think that this is a solved ticket. Still we can not change it to interactive becuase it is blocked and can not be choosen.

So I expect a solution which makes customers happy and satisfied and not just closing tickets without any helpful feedback.
