rights upload problem

Description
I use Filezilla server 0.9.19 (I have installed the
lastest version today) and Windows XP pro.
I have two accounts. Admin a Power User. I installed
filezilla as admin and I use it in Power user account.
Sometime when somebody upload me a file, I don't have
right to delete it from my disk. I need to login as
admin and delete it.

Please check your directory permissions, new files and subdirectories inherit the same permissions as the directory they are in.
