can not log on to FileZilla

Error: Network error: Software caused connection abort
Error: Could not connect to server
This is the error message we get. Had It department check firewall they said IP address is not being blocked. We are using version 3.40.0.

This appears to be a problem with the remote server that you're attempting to connect to.

Perhaps the SSH service on the server is not running or is not configured properly. It's also possible that the IP address is incorrect.
