Drag & Drop From FileZilla to Computer Folder Not working

Description
I have Windows 10 Build 1803 (build SO 17134.167).
When I drag a file from FileZilla directly into a folder on my computer, without using the FileZilla folder explorer, I get the error asking me to install the shell extension.
If instead I drag a file from the computer to FileZilla there are no problems.
