Editing Files through filezilla

Description
Hey,
I having an issue with filezilla on uploading files and editing them from the server.
the problem accure on any server and not on specific one.
I have tested with diffrent file editors and computers but the problem
still stays.
this issue very interupt me while working while editing files on live site
and the files doesn't uploaded at their full weight.
I have logged the issue while I did try to edit a file and it
uploaded only part of the full file (it's not even 0.5mb file..)
