Description

I am attempting to access coton.champlain.edu and have verified my login credentials. I have followed all of the instructions for connecting to the site but I receive an error each time I am trying to connect. The errior I receive is:
Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of coton.champlain.edu
Status: Connecting to 216.93.158.150:990...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Status: new → closed

You've entered the wrong protocol. Port 990 is for implicit FTP over TLS.

If I leave the port blank I still receive a timeout error.
