FZ is pulling servers SSL instead of the sites SSL

Description
The server appears to be pulling the servers SSL certificate and not the sites. This is demonstrated by the error message shown to me and the servername not matching the site name. The SSL has been issued by Let's Encrypt.

FileZilla uses SNI to request the certificate matching the entered hostname. If the server returns a certificate for a different hostname then the server isn't configured correctly.
Please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance.
