slow download speed, probably after last update. Only slow with Filezilla

Description
It takes 130 hours to download 4Gb with a 10Mb/s download speed.
If I use google drive or Teamviewer to download the same file it takes me 20 minutes or 2 hours for the same file. Try it on this moment also, it will take 8 hours (still to go)
The provider checked the internet connection already, changed the cable and modem. Speedtest result is 11Mb/s almost every test.
What can I do?

Do you by chance have a speed limit enabled in FileZilla?
