Certificate dialog is not scrollable and too big on small screens

Description

The content of the certificate dialog ("Unknown Certificate") exceeds the screen height on Notebooks with a screen size of 1366x768 pixels (tested on my ThinkPad x230).

Though the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are on screen, part of the content (and the "Don't ask again" checkbox) is not.

I'm proposing to just make the content scrollable.

Status: new → moreinfo

Are you using non-standard font sizes? The certificate dialog should fit nicely on those screen dimensions.

Status: moreinfo → new

No, it is the default size font (100% meaning about 96 or 92 dpi).
I added a screenshot to show the problem.
