Description
After installing newest release, 3.30.0-rc1, when I drag the cursor to select file names in order to drag and transfer them to the remote site, the highlight does not work properly, sending the cursor jumping to different parts of the screen.

I'm sorry, but this is a bug in FileZilla, not Windows. The click-select-drag worked fine in 3.29.0. After downgrading from 3.30.0-rc1 to 3.29.0, the feature is working fine once again. How is this a Windows bug?

Yes, it is a known bug in Windows. Same thing happens even in Microsoft's own programs, try for example regedit.
