@alien_at, are you wanting to run commands on the FTP server by accessing specific directories or files?
For example, if you attempt to download the "reboot pc" directory or file on the FTP server, the FTP server should reboot?

@alien_at, I'm pretty sure that Tim isn't going to implement this.
To run commands remotely on the Windows server, I recommend installing an SSH server for Windows, like OpenSSH or FreeSSHd or something like that. You could also use Remote Desktop to access the server.

but I have friends who are not good at this ssh\rdp...
so I set them xStarter. (xStarter helps you automate every process in your computer (C))
Created the shutdown folder\alias. And if friends upload any file into it, the computer shuts down.
They turn on their computers via WOL
Now they all use home computers as a cloud for smartphones
Tim isn't going to implement this
I don't care. I just wanted to make FileZilla better.
