Cannot connect to server after installing 3.29.0

Description

after installing 3.29.0 version I could not connect to the server. I even tried going back to previous version but connection cannot be re-established anymore.

There does not appear to be a working FTP server at that address. If there should be, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance.

the server (host) address is ftp://xscad.com. I have been using it since last 2 years and worked fine. it is still working ok for few of my colleges. Please see the new attachment added. is it possible that server blocks only a few users among a group that uses same username and password? I have also updated firewall setting to allow filezilla client but it still doesn't connect.
