Net speed is good. It is more then 8 Mbps but not connecting to server

Hi,

I have issue in connecting with FTP host even internet speed is very good. I`m getting below errors...

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

A firewall or NAT router is interfering with the connection. You can use ​https://ftptest.net/ to figure out whether the issue is with the server or whether it's something on your end.
