The Keyboard Shortcut 'Alt-H' has two targets: Host and Help

On my system (Win10) only Host is targeted, I am unable to open the Help menu using the Alt-H shortcut.

There are a limited number of ways to resolve this:

  • Use ALT+o (the letter oh) for the "Host" textbox.
  • Use ALT+l (the letter ell) for the "Help" menu.

My personal opinion is that the "Host" textbox shortcut should change to ALT+o.
