synced browsing and rt-click-upload, sometimesuploads tree to wrong place

Description
1.disconnect sync.
2.delete some trees from server.
3.go back to root on both panes and sync on.
4.attempt to upload those dirs and some other ones. if fz complains that something is wrong, cancel or tell it no don't upload.
5.upload parts of dir tree that exist on both sides, as rapidly as possible, just queue up as much as possible while fz is busy uploading.
6.note dir tree structure, if it's wrong.
