error when loading program

Description
I get this message when loading the 32 or 64 bit version and the program doesn't seem to be working correctly. I have it loaded on a different machine and it works fine but, this machine with windows 10 doesn't seem to let it load correctly. This is the error message:
" The file 'c:\users\Theresa|AppData\Roaming\FileZilla\filezilla.xml' could not be loaded.
No document element found at offset 8376
For this session the default settings will be used. Any changes to the settings will not be saved."'

The file in question has become damaged. Please repair it in your favorite text editor or delete it if you do not mind losing its contents.
