Error loading xml file

Description
when starting Filezilla the following message appears
The file 'C\Users\Derick\AppData\RoamingFilezilla\filezilla.xml could not be loaded.
No document element found at offset 9665.
It then applies the default setting.
The filezilla.xml file is found in the above location - the problem appears to be with the offset 9665
