FileZilla 3.24.0 does not store settings correctly

Description
When i go to settings -> debug and set a debug level (e.g. 1 or 4) and restart the application, that setting is not saved. But all other settings are saved correctly e.g. the switch to show the debug menu.

This is intentional. This debug setting isn't meant to be persistent as it greatly slows down FileZilla. It's only for debugging on a case-by-case basis.
