Explorer hangs after uploading files/folders

Description
Hi,
everytime I try to upload anything to my server, my explorer.exe hangs. There's no Windows event log or an error message. So, after uploading, I have to stop the explorer.exe task and restart it. Is there a solution to fix it?

Either a bug in Explorer or a third-party shell extension you have installed. Depending on which it is, contact your shell extension vendor or Microsoft for assistance.
