@mike.collins, if you're attempting to recover your username and password for the FileZilla bug tracking portal (that's the software that handles bug reports like this one), please visit the Reset Password page.
Your username on that page will be "mike.collins" and your email address will be whatever you registered with (probably "mike.collins@<domain>" as you suggested in your initial report.
However, if you're using FileZilla Client to connect to an FTP server and have lost your username and password, that's not something that can be recovered by anyone here. You will have to contact the owner of the FTP server you're connecting to.

@mike.collins, are you trying to recover the username and password for the FileZilla bug tracking portal (called Trac -- it's the software that you posted this ticket to)?
Or are you trying to recover the username and password you use to connect to an FTP server?
