"connection refused by server"
It probably doesn't like my password, but I can't seem to find the correct one.

I have gone through the steps to show my password in the current settings by exporting the data. Unfortunately, the password shown in the results within this frame
<Pass encoding="base64">_</Pass>
doesn't work for the ftptest.

You need to contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance if you have forgotten your login credentials.

Can we please leave this issue open? It's not solved yet.
Once I learn my login credentials I wish to continue troubleshooting with the FTPtest and so forth.

- I contacted our host provider and learned how to change the password from within our host's CPanel controls.
- I then updated my password in FileZilla using the Site Manager tools.
- While in Site Manager I also forced the transfer settings to be passive.
After making these two changes, I now have no errors and have connectivity to the server.
