Hello FileZilla,

whenever I try to log on, I get the following message:

Status: Resolving address of www.victorsteele.com
Status: Connecting to 208.113.216.228:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER vicuwa
Response: 331 Password required for vicuwa
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I note that many other users have had the same problem, and the only consistent resolution is to have the password reset.

Could you possibly help me reset my password, please?

Status: new → closed

Please double-check your login credentials, watch out for character case and leading/trailing whitespace.

Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance if the issue persists.
