sir,
my issue is filezilla server is not connecting on AIRTEL 4G Dongle network, (For web hosting of www.peumumbaiwou.com) On other networks working fine, here i Had attached error code details.

Failure to receive the reply to the AUTH command is a clear indication of a firewall actively sabotaging the connection.
Please test your server on https://ftptest.net/
If the test fails the error is with the server. If the test succeeds the problem is on your end.
