Can't log onto Serv-U FTP Server v5.0 for WinSock

Description
Using FileZilla 2.2.24a on Win2000 Pro fully patched.

Got the same error with an older version. But it works
fine with FTP Expert v.3...
Server misconfigured, it doesn't know its own IP address.
