Setting Directory Comparison flag in bookmark has no effect

Description
I've created site specific bookmarks and I can save the Directory Comparison flag for each bookmark just fine, I select it and it saves, this however, has no effect.
When I click on the bookmark to load it (like expanding Bookmarks menu and clicking on the bookmark once connected to the site) the dir comparison flag has no effect as the setting is not checked and I have to manually check it again.
I haven't tested global bookmarks sorry.
