Program asks for but does not recognize allowance of old certificate

Description
The program asks for but does not recognize it when I allow the use of a site with an old certificate. The program previously worked properly without asking for old certificate approval at all.

The server is Register.com and does not have an expired certificate. Your program is glitching.
