Description
Hi there,
I hope it's not an already treated topic but here's my issue :
I got 2 files on my sftp server I can't download : indexeng.html & indexesp.html.
there's a red message saying :
Erreur :/indexen.html: open for read: no such file or directory
Erreur :Échec du transfert du fichier
Both files can be upped but not downloaded back.
Is an "e" as 6th type just after "index" chain could be a problem ?
Note that I got other files named indexit.html, indexheb.html etc... showing no problem.
Is there a solution someone may give me ?
Thanx anyway for your help
Laurent

Thank you for giving an eye on my problem...
I just figured-out what it is.
The two "guilty" file names start with a space (" ")... wich is not clearly visible in the file listing in FileZilla.
To be short, FZ is not able to retrieve files whom names start with a space...
I had to use another FTP client that do not care about it.
I ckecked the permissions first and everything was OK : all files under 644.
Tank you anyway, problem solved !

Leading and trailing spaces in filenames is a known problem for SFTP, there are other tickets about this.
I don't think the name is the problem.
Could it be a permission issue? Could the item in question just be a symbolic link?
