What is the minimum guaranteed upload speed as per the contract with your ISP?

Make sure no speed limit is set in FileZilla.

Do you use any firewalls. virus scanners or VPN software that might interfere with the transfer speeds?

Do you experience this only with this particular server or also when uploading to other servers?

What is your latency to the server during an ongoing upload?

I am not set any speed limits in filezilla
Yes, we use Firewall[Cyberoam] and to connect with FileZilla we use VPN to Connect
we have 2 servers in the same location, the upload speed is the same
max speed i get is, 20kb

What happens if you use a direct connection without using any VPN?
