SSH key file paths with special characters (german umlauts) don't work

Description

If you add a SSH key file via the Site Manager or the Settings (Connection -> SFTP) and its path contains an umlaut, FileZilla fails to connect to the website:

Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
