Asian filenames don't show properly anymore

Description

With the latest version of the client (3.12), Asian filenames aren't shown properly anymore.

With Version 3.11.0.2

That error only affects the remote site not the local site.

Please re-start FileZilla. Right-click the message log and select "Show detailed logs". Connect to your server, then post the contents of the message log here.

I removed the IP and username from result

Here is the ftptest result:

    The replies sent by your server are violating the FTP specifications.
    You have to upgrade to a proper server.
