Make It Clear Filters HIDE Things

Filters, historically - whether correct or not - have been used to SHOW things, not HIDE things. FZ uses them to hide things, which is not apparent.
A simple addition of text in the filter dialogs to alert users that checked items will not be shown would be very helpful.

I've added a sentence to the filters tooltip.
The filter dropdown on the edit filters dialog already says "Filter out...", as in the filtered items being removed.
