Description
When connecting to a ftps server (vsftp 2.0.4) with
explicit encryption (AUTH SSL in passive mode),
filezilla client (2.2.19a) seems not to encrypt data
and/or command channels, although the authentication
session is correctly encrypted. The 'LIST' command gets
'150 Here comes the directory listing.' response but
followed by an error message (something like : can't
proceeded with directory listing). FileZilla seems to
wait for a response although the server sends it up
correctly.
This transfert with the same configuration is working
fine with lftp 2.6 and 3.4 or cuteftp home 7.1,
therefore it is not a server problem.

Commande : PROT P
Réponse : 550 Permission denied.
The server does not allow encrypted data channel, yet still
uses an encrypted data channel. Please fix the server.
