Cannot connect to FTP

I cannot connect to my FileZilla FTP anymore.

I have the correct host, user, and password. When I press Connect this is the message that pops up:

I have also tried the Network configuration wizard, and this is what it said for the Test Results:

Response: 230 logged on.
Checking for correct external IP address

I'm pretty sure firewalls are not the problem.

Why will it not let me connect to the FTP anymore?

As you can see, FileZilla properly connected to the FTP test site. But due to bad network configuration at your end, the test there did not succeed.

Please talk to your network administrator and read ​information about network setup yourself.
