duplicate file upload prompt

Description
For every file that i edit and say yes to save changes then yes to upload when i try to send the next file it prompts me to send the previous file that i had edited instead of the one that i'm trying to send. I have to click no then yes once the file i want to send appears. this causes many duplicates files being sent at times.
this ONLY happens to files that are edited first.
