Peculiar message appears every upload - but it woes work

Greetings FileZilla Support Team
Each time I upload a file I get the same little delay and message. I have uninstalled then installed the latest version with no effect. The programme did not used to do this. Here is the info you request:- message first, then details about version, systems etc.

Your server does not appear to support UTF-8. Either upgrade to a server that supports UTF-8 or refrain from using any non-ASCII characters in filenames. See https://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Character_Set for details.
