Export xml file does not reveal password

Description
In the older version the export xml file did provide the passwords of all the sites. Now with this new 3.10.3 is just shows as <PasvMode>MODE_DEFAULT</PasvMode>.What needs to happen so I can see the passwords

Passwords are now base64 encoded in all exports.
Note the element you mentioned in your post is not the password element, it's the element that controls passive mode.
