SMB Aliases are not saved

in a Group I am using a SMB-Folder as home dir. if I
will use a Alias with that Folder it seems to be
unsaved because after restart the PC and the ftp server
this properties does not exist.

I confirm the behaviour, this is exploit:

  • add new user
  • set home dir like
    server\share\somedir
  • add directory like
    server2\share\otherdir
  • edit alias for
    server2\share\otherdir to


server\share\somedir\gotoserver2

  • filezilla works correctly
  • stop filezilla service
  • start filezilla service
  • the user will have both directories but alias was missing
