Cannot connect to client's server

Status: Resolving address of server.kdimachine.com
Status: Connecting to 50.76.186.9:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER blixberg
Response: 331 Please specify the password.
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Client has upgraded to 3.10.2 server. I have 3.10.2 client and get the above report.

Others are reported to connect properly,therefore, it must be a switch on my end?

This is an important tool in our relationship. A remedy will be GREATLY appreciated.

Please double-check your login credentials. Watch our for character case and leading/trailing whitespace.

Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance if the problem persists.
