File View/Edit Settings not saved

Description
When assigning applications for viewing/editing by
file type all settings are lost on exit. (Works while
current session is active)

FileZilla 3 supports remote view/edit functionality as well already. Setting a custom application for a file type works as expected there and settings are saved properly.
FileZilla 2 is not being actively developed anymore, so non-critical issues most likely won't be fixed anymore. Please move on to FileZilla 3. Thanks.
