Unrecognizable Code for the directories with Chinese words

Description
This bug is same as Ticket #9542.
Operation steps:
When browse the FTP directories, if the directories' name is Chinese words, and double click someone directory in the file list window, then the "remote site" and the "directory-name" of remote-directory-tree are all show "Unrecognizable Code".
Environment:
FTP Server side software: Xlight FTP Server v3.7.3
Server OS: Windows 2003 server, Language: zh_CN (Simplified)
FTP Client side software: FileZilla Client v3.10.0.1
Client OS: Windows 7 64bit, Language: zh_CN (Simplified)

When I set the Charactor-Set in "Site Manager": Auto check -> GBK, this issue is fixed.
So.., it seems that the FileZilla Client has some bug(s) for the function of the auto check Charactor-Set.

当我在“站点管理器”中将字符集由“自动检测”修改为“使用自定义字符集”GBK 时，此问题得到了解决。
所以，看上去 FileZilla Client 的字符集自动检测功能是有些问题的。
