Uploading empty files

Description
When I try to upload empty file (that means file with
length of 0 bytes), upload is completed but that file
stays in the queue and the application says that
upload isn't completed.

I tested this with FileZilla 3, the next major version of
FileZilla, and it works as expected, that is, an empty file
was uploaded, and the queue is empty afterwards. The bug is
maybe even fixed in FileZilla 2, but I haven't tested it.
